The Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) for Round 4 has been formally issued on 14 October 2019, available via the Crown Estate’s eTendering Portal.
The Crown Estate have identified four areas for new offshore wind leasing development, including the eastern Irish Sea, off the North Wales & northern Anglesey coast.
